Pelaksanaan Komunikasi Situation Background Assessment Recommendation (SBAR) Dalam Kegiatan Timbang Terima (Hand Over ) Di Ruang Perawatan

Latar Belakang: Komunikasi dalam praktek keperawatan professional merupakan unsur utama bagi perawat melakukan asuhan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Kegiatan memerlukan komunikasi Situation Background Assessment Recommendation (SBAR) salah satunya adalah saat serah terima tugas ( Overan).Tujuan: Diharapkan penelitian ini bisa dijadikan referensi komukasi SBAR melaksanakan timbang (Hand Over) meningkatkan keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit dan mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan kegiatan timbnag ruang perawatan Sakit.Metode: Metode digunakan menggunakan telusur jurnal dengan Google scholar, Science direct Pubmed.Hasil : Setelah dilakukan analisis artikel, 8 artikel menunjukkan bahwa, ada pengaruh hubungan Over).Simpulan sangat efektif dilaksanakan (hand over).
